What You'll Be DoingAs our Pastry Chef, you’ll play a key role in delivering a memorable experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods with precision and creativity.
- Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Managing inventory and ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Meeting deadlines to ensure orders are completed on time.
We’re seeking someone who is not only skilled in the art of pastry-making but also shares our passion for excellence. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality.
- A team player with excellent communication and time management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
