Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Behavioral Health

Wage Range: $74.58 - $92.27 per hour Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity. EvergreenHealth is seeking a per diem addiction medicine advance nurse practitioner or certified physician assistant at its Recovery Center in Monroe, WA.

Responsibilities include:

• 14-bed inpatient psychiatric unit, 10-bed medical detox unit and 26-bed residential SUD treatment program
• Participate in the triage / medical screening of patients prior to admission
• Provide medical oversight of our outpatient treatment programs
• Inpatient medical consultation
• With 24-hour dedicated nursing staff and hospital medical support, we are able to admit more medically complex patients than most treatment facilities.
• We also have a treatment program for pregnant women with local OB support.
