Responsibilities Monitor, diagnose, and treat tree and shrub health issues within a specific territory. Inspect plant material and identify pests, diseases, or other concerns. Select and apply the most appropriate treatments to promote plant health. Prepare written diagnostic reports and educate clients about their landscape. Operate spray and application equipment safely and effectively. Work independently to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who loves problem‑solving, enjoys working outdoors, and takes pride in protecting and enhancing the natural environment. About You Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Plant Pathology, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turfgrass—or related experience (preferred). Ability to work independently with responsibility and care. Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to engage with clients effectively. Willingness to learn plant/tree identification and safe equipment use. Commitment to completing required training and obtaining necessary certifications and licenses. Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S. A valid driver’s license with the ability to operate service‑line vehicles.
