Ferrocrete Structures is growing and we're looking to add experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Engineers to our team.

We specialize in structural concrete projects across Southern California — podium decks, mat slabs, parking structures, shear walls, and vertical cores. Our work demands strong coordination between field and office, attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years managing structural concrete scopes

• Strong experience with change orders, RFIs, and submittals

• Ability to track schedule and protect the critical path

• Comfortable coordinating rebar, formwork, inspections, and field teams

Senior Project Engineer Qualifications:

• 1–4 years of structural concrete experience preferred

• Strong understanding of drawings, takeoffs, and document control

• Experience processing RFIs, submittals, and assisting with change orders

• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

This role is based in Los Angeles, with periodic Site vist to support active projects. xhyhwjd
