Remote Licensed Counselor — Shape Arizona’s Mental Health

$55 per hour

Backpack Healthcare

Backpack Healthcare is expanding into Arizona and seeks licensed mental health clinicians to join our ground-level Arizona team. The role is part-time, fully remote, with an Arizona license required and a pay rate of $55 per billable hour.

You will provide telehealth therapy to children, teens, and families, carry a target caseload, and have access to monthly bonuses and a 401(k) with company match as the program grows.
