Are you an organized, detail-oriented purchasing professional who enjoys keeping projects moving and solving problems? We’re looking for a Buyer Administrator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you’ll play an important role supporting procurement, suppliers, and internal operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with purchasing and administrative experience in manufacturing who enjoys working with vendors, managing purchase orders, tracking materials, and ensuring products and services arrive on time and at the right cost . What You’ll Do Coordinate purchasing activities from requisition through delivery Create, manage, and track purchase orders Work with internal teams to understand material and purchasing needs Communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, delivery, and order status Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records within the ERP system Support sourcing, negotiations, and contract administration Help resolve supplier, delivery, pricing, and purchasing issues Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment Support the Buyer and broader operations team as needed What We’re Looking For 2+ years of purchasing/administrative experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working with an ERP system Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed Must be comfortable working onsite — this is not a remote position Preferred Experience Switchgear or power distribution equipment Epicor Kinetic Purchasing sheet metal or manufactured components If you’re looking for a role where you can use your purchasing experience, build strong supplier relationships, and make a direct impact on manufacturing operations, we’d like to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr RPC Company
