Parts Manager for RV Dealership

McKeever RV in Sweetwater TN is seeking a quality Parts Manger with 2 or more years RV parts experience that’s looking for a career. We are a family-owned company that has four basic core values: take care of the customers, take care of our staff, take care of our vendors and take care of our community. You work directly with the owner and general manager .

Responsibilities:

*Manager parts department for retail and internal

*Great all customer in a polite manner in person, on the phone, by text or by email

*Assist the customer in finding the correct part or accessory, must be able to do research when needed

*Source parts for the service department.

*Researching parts for other possible alternatives

*Merchandizing the sales floor

*Receiving stock and stocking the shelves

*Maintain parts inventory within budget guidelines, and maintain turn times based on sales history.

*Keeping the parts department clean and orderly

*Responsible to maintain gross margins and profitability.

Skills Required

*Computer proficient

*Ability to hire and train staff

*Basic math skills

*Outgoing personality that enjoys talking with customer

*Must have good follow through skills

We are a 6 day a week operation with a rotating schedule (week 1 Monday – Friday, Week 2 Tuesday – Saturday) we close at 6pm so not late nights.

Salary plus bonus & commission
