Title: Project Admin (Construction)


Location: Kauai, HI


Schedule: Full-time


Pay: up to $25/hr (DOE)


Work with one of Hawaii's Best Places to work nationally in Hawaii specializing in architecture, engineering, and construction management. We are seeking a Project Admin to join their team in Kauai!

Project Admin Duties:
  • Manage calls regarding projects
  • Document, track, file all submittals and RFIs
  • Assist inspectors, engineers, and project managers as needed
Project Admin Qualifications:
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in the construction or engineering industry
  • Able to communicate with clients and customers via phone, in person
