Exciting Opportunity for Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of a flourishing practice situated in South Bend, Indiana, at Our Lady of the Rosary. This clinic is essential in delivering compassionate, mission-focused healthcare to the underserved population of South Bend.

Located just minutes from the University of Notre Dame, the clinic provides easy access to essential laboratory services and minor procedures, ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and healthcare providers. The chosen candidate will collaborate with a dedicated team that prioritizes high-quality care in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive care across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive care.
Perform minor procedures, including skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections.
Offer obstetric care for those interested in providing OB services.
Engage in teaching opportunities with Family Medicine residents from St. Joseph Health System, including clinical supervision.
Maintain an average patient load of 18-22 per day.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with minimal call responsibilities.
