Actalent is looking for a back-office medical assistant located in Fort Worth, TX!

Medical Assistant (Back Office)

Fort Worth, TX

⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

$20–$22/hour

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Strong EMR documentation and organizational skills
• Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and patient care

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients, obtain vitals, and document accurately in EMR
• Prepare exam rooms with necessary equipment and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness of exam rooms and monitor inventory levels
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols
• Answer and route phone calls appropriately
• Assist with scheduling, patient check-in, and chart management
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing and scanning

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allen, TX.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
