Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with pelvic health is required
• Experience with outpatient services is required

Assignment Details

• 30 hours total per week
• 8-hour shifts for three days and 6-hour shift for one day
• Majority pelvic health caseload with remaining non-pelvic outpatient services
• One-to-one patient care model
• EMR: Prompt
