LICENSING/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

-Valid Arizona State Interpreter License, Legal license preferred (any level) or General license

-Show proficiency in interpreting skills through one of the following:

• Valid RID/NAD/BEI certification including CSC, CI, CT, CDI, SC:L, NIC (any variation), BEI (any variation), NAD (level 3 or higher)

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

-Previous experience interpreting for children and/or adults in paid or voluntary positions.

-Regularly participates in professional development courses and workshops, in accordance with certification requirements for continuing education from certifying body.
