About The Role We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring real-world healthcare IT knowledge to cutting-edge AI development. Clinical Systems Analyst (AI Training) We're looking for experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to bring real-world healthcare IT knowledge to cutting-edge AI development. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs - and your clinical systems expertise will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about healthcare technology, workflows, and operations. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your background in hospital IT and clinical systems in a flexible, fully remote contract role that goes beyond traditional support work. Organization: Alignerr Type: Hourly Contract Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week What You'll Do Apply your clinical systems expertise to evaluate, test, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated content related to healthcare IT Review AI outputs covering topics such as EHR workflows, clinical application troubleshooting, system optimization, and hospital infrastructure Identify inaccuracies, gaps in clinical reasoning, and areas where AI responses fall short of real-world healthcare IT standards Translate clinical and operational knowledge into clear, actionable feedback that improves AI model quality Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule Who You Are Experienced in supporting, administering, or optimizing healthcare IT systems - including EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure Strong technical troubleshooting and system analysis skills Comfortable bridging the gap between clinical workflows and technical solutions Detail-oriented with clear written communication skills Self-motivated and reliable in a remote, task-based environment Nice to Have Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows Familiarity with clinical interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) Background working across multiple clinical environments or health systems Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge AI projects alongside top research labs and teams Fully remote and flexible - set your own hours and workload Freelance perks: autonomy, variety, and global collaboration Contribute to meaningful work that improves how AI handles real healthcare challenges Potential for ongoing work and contract extension #J-18808-Ljbffr Alignerr
