Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for our Med/Surg Neuro unit. The nurse will play a critical role in providing attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families, ensuring a focus on personalized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients on the neuro medical/surgical unit.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and engage with patients and family members.
• Prioritize care, multitask effectively, and maintain a 6:1 patient ratio.
• Perform essential nursing skills including starting IVs, basic wound care, and managing surgical drains.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and adjust patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous Med/Surg experience preferred.
