Business Development Liaison – Solero Behavioral Transitions Location 10270 Blacklick – Eastern Road NW, Pickerington, OH 43147 Responsibilities Lead business plan development in partnership with the CEO and senior personnel. Manage and assess business development personnel. Identify, prioritize, and evaluate referral sources; use feedback to inform strategy. Establish metrics, create reports, and analyze business development performance. Shape market scope, monitor competition, and develop the annual budget. Plan community workshops and seminars in collaboration with Assessment and Referral. Ensure marketing materials effectively convey the program’s message. Manage community relationships, maintain facility reputation, and produce CRM reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Relevant industry experience may be considered. Minimum age 21 years. Valid driver’s license, clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and proof of vehicle insurance for business use.
