Biotech Manufacturing Associate

As a Biotech Manufacturing Associate, you will be instrumental in driving our mission forward by actively contributing to the production of groundbreaking mRNA therapeutics and vaccines. Responsibilities Execute manufacturing operations using advanced disposable technologies, automation, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to produce mRNA products. Practice safe work habits and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines. Follow all relevant GMP regulations, guidelines, and company policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. Execute tasks precisely, utilizing the reader-doer method for all steps outlined in SOPs, work instructions, and batch execution documentation. Adhere to documented waste handling procedures and environmental regulations. Utilize manufacturing support systems and equipment (e.g., SAP, VEEVA, DeltaV, Syncade, LIMS, CMMS) after completing required training. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field. (Required) Familiarity with cGMP regulations, GDP requirements, and industry standards in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
