Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Blending Associate to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately blending spices and seasonings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and blend various spices and ingredients according to established recipes and specifications.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of blending area, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
- Eventually conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Operate blending equipment and machinery, troubleshooting any issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in food production/manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
