Fiscal Associate Director

As the Fiscal Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through: Completing and presenting required (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually) financial reports to Executive Director, Board of Directors, Catholic Charities (Main Office), government agencies and funding sources. Supervising and training all administrative staff who will assist in accounting functions. Preparing Monthly and quarterly billing for multiple funding sources. Preparing monthly financial statements for the Executive Office and Board of Directors. Preparing and analyzing budgets and reports for all funding sources, including total agency budget on an ongoing basis.
