GSD Supervisor

Plan subordinate work, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare completion schedules Assign work based on priorities, assignment difficulty and requirements, and missionaries' capabilities Set performance standards and evaluate subordinate work performance Provide technical and administrative support, direction, and instruction to missionaries Identify missionaries' development and training needs and provide or arrange training Oversee day-to-day operations of a group of missionaries Provide first-level technical and administrative supervision Requirements Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience 3 to 5 years of related experience Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and presentation skills Ability to set priorities and lead other people Advanced skills for completing somewhat complex assignments Integrity and trust Perseverance Organizing and planning abilities Ability to motivate others Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy Must live close enough to work in the office a minimum of 3 days per week Experience with Genesys Cloud and ServiceNow systems preferred Core Competencies Demonstrates strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively plan, prioritize, and oversee the work of missionaries while providing necessary training and support. Proficient in evaluating performance and motivating team members to achieve operational goals.
