Program Managers are a team of strategic creative & campaign leaders who work closely across all disciplines, and with Marketing and Product to plan and manage integrated Marketing campaigns and initiatives. Creative Program Managers speak the language of creative, drive the initiatives, ensure alignment with brand strategy, mitigate issues and collaborate with cross-functional counterparts to deliver effective and efficient creative solutions.ResponsibilitiesPlanning (in Partnership with Leadership)Understand overall company brand strategy, the various product-specific brand strategies and how they all connect to retail businessInfluence Marketing GTM plans to develop and implement design programs, ensuring alignment with company/business objectives and strategic/creative direction.Plan and prioritize projects and coordinate resourcing needs for all programs based on impact, business objectives and team availabilityEffectively lobby and win support for new, innovative initiatives and/or ways of workingPartnershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal (Creative X, Marketing, Sales/Merchandising, Product Design) and external (vendors) stakeholdersConsult with cross-functional teams as the brand design SME across initiatives and to share design education and best practicesManage relationships with external design/production agencies globally, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and deliver high-quality products or services.Clearly and concisely communicate program status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.ExecutionDefine scope & deliverables, team resourcing, budget forecasting and actualization at the project levelAnalyze market trends, consumer insights, and business metrics to refine program strategies and ensure effectiveness.Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.Manage program budgets, including forecasting, spending tracking, and cost controlManage creative reviews with key stakeholders and executive leadershipAnticipate program needs; prioritizing competing needs by taking a broad perspective to problems and identifying strategic and creative solutionsQualifications8-10+ years experience in Program/Project Management at a creative/design agency and/or in-house brand/marketing teamDeep experience and knowledge of the creative development process, multi-channel production process and strong ability to drive creative strategy and execution. Creative agency experience is preferred.Fluent in AI tools that improve team productivity and operational efficiencyProven track record of building brand programs that have demonstrably impacted a brand's trajectoryExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.Ability to lead and motivate teams, build consensus, and manage conflict.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Experience working autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous, highly collaborative cross functional environment, managing stakeholder dynamics in a large matrixed organizationHighly organized and process-orientedEducationBachelors Degree and/or EquivalentBenefits SummaryIndividual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
