Responsibilities As a Leasing Consultant you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floor plan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. You will follow through on every lead to ensure prospective residents feel valued and cared for. Provide outstanding customer service and create a sense of community for new residents. Utilize sales and marketing skills to drive leasing performance through personalized connections, creative campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media. Follow through by delivering tailored updates that highlight ideal floor plans, new hotspot openings, and local food spots. Demonstrate a genuine desire to help residents and colleagues as part of AvalonBay’s commitment to creating a better way to live. Saturday availability is required, as weekends are the most high‑traffic time for prospective residents. Qualifications We are looking for an accomplished office professional with a passion for innovation and a vision for excellence who is highly organized and dedicated to daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities.
