Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Paint Line Patrol positions for a Manufacturing company in Lewisburg, TN. This is a Temp-to-Hire job. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

• Perform daily and hourly inspections on paint line equipment to ensure proper operation

• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all company safety procedures

• Perform basic robotic movements to complete preventative maintenance (PM) tasks

• Submit maintenance work requests for equipment requiring repairs or service

• Conduct wet paint film thickness checks to ensure quality standards are met

• Work within the paint line and paint mixing room to support production operations

• Operate dual-action sanders, paint sprayers, and other tools while following standard operating procedures

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and assist with additional production duties as assigned

Compensation (USD):

$18.00/hour after training

Schedule :

3rd Shift Training on 1st Shift

Monday – Friday

11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or paint line experience is preferred but not required

• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines

• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform simple robotic movements for preventative maintenance

• Ability to perform quality inspections, including wet paint film checks

• Experience using or willingness to learn dual-action sanders, paint sprayers, and related equipment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
