Quality Engineer - ISO 14000 Compliance

Contract position for a Quality Engineer to achieve ISO 14000 compliance. Primary responsibilities will include: Building / maintaining an EMS (Environmental Management System). Conduct risk assessments. Set environmental objectives & KPIs. Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Perform root cause analysis and continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma a plus). Training employees on environmental procedures. Ability to drive behavior and culture change, not just compliance. 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience. Strong experience building and maintaining Environmental Management System (EMS). Strong knowledge of EPA Regulations. Knowledge of waste management, emissions control, water usage, and energy efficiency. Familiarity with hazardous materials handling and storage. Ability to evaluate equipment, utilities, and processes for environmental risk. Experience improving energy efficiency and equipment sustainability. Understanding of air systems, HVAC, water systems, and waste streams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Engineering-Resource-Group
