Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

Our client is a growing, non-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing inclusive, high-quality care to underserved communities, with a strong emphasis on HIV care, LGBTQ+ health, primary care, and behavioral health. Services are delivered across multiple outpatient clinics in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lakeland, and the UCF area.

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000 base salary
• Full benefits (medical, vision, dental)
• 401(k) with 3% match (immediate)
• 2 weeks PTO in the first year
• Office closed the last 2 weeks of the year

• No on-call requirements
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Outpatient-only, onsite position

Requirements

• MD or DO with active, unrestricted Florida medical license
• Board certified/board eligible in family medicine or internal medicine
• Experience in primary care and/or HIV care preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• New graduates considered
• Commitment to onsite outpatient care in an inclusive, mission-driven environment
• Experience with EMR systems (Tebra / CareCloud preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Monday–Thursday (9am–5pm), Friday (9am–2pm)
• Rotating Saturday coverage approximately once every 3 months
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
• Deliver HIV-focused and preventative care in a non-profit, LGBTQ+ inclusive setting
• Manage both acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient environment
• Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and prescribing
• Educate patients on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support organizational programs
• Uphold organizational mission, values, and standards of care
