Job Description Dental Hygienist (New Grads are Accepted) Location: Pittsburgh, Glenshaw, Tarentum, PA Job Type: Full-Time (30-40 hours/week) Schedule: Flexible schedule Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join a supportive and collaborative dental practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced hygienists and motivated new graduates who are committed to providing excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing. Provide routine dental hygiene and periodontal maintenance services. Take dental X-rays as required. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care. Review patient medical histories and assess dental conditions. Maintain accurate and timely patient records. Follow infection control, sterilization, safety, and HIPAA protocols. Collaborate with dentists and other dental team members to provide quality patient care. Assist with general practice needs when necessary. Requirements Active Dental Hygienist license. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and hygiene procedures. Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols. Ability to maintain accurate patient documentation. New graduates are welcome to apply.
