Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities Expert in implementing and supporting Cisco ACI (policy model, contracts, EPGs, fabric troubleshooting). Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls including security policies, NAT, routing, VPN (IPSec, site‑to‑site, remote access), Panorama management and threat prevention profiles. Manage and support enterprise wireless networks (Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent), including RF optimization, roaming, and high‑density deployments. Design, configure, and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs, including third‑party interoperability. Administer Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) including grid management, failover, and automation integration. Lead hands‑on P1 troubleshooting for complex network issues across Application, LAN, WAN, DC, and security domains. Perform real‑time packet captures (Wireshark) to investigate complex issues during live P1 calls. Investigate causes, test solutions, and suggest solutions to reduce time taken to resolve network‑related tickets. Manage new and existing equipment, hardware, and network device software upgrades. Help L1 & L2 resources address network‑related issues. Lead and drive operations issues independently in high‑pressure environments engaging multiple stakeholders during live troubleshooting. Required Technical Skills Cisco ACI: APIC, EPGs, contracts, fabric health, L2/L3 connectivity. Palo Alto Firewalls: PAN‑OS, Panorama, security policies, IPSec VPN, NAT. Advanced troubleshooting of Level3 and above network issues, performing callbacks to ensure issues are resolved and solutions provided to the customer under high‑pressure factory environments. Strong understanding of network routing and switching protocols. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy‑to‑understand manner.
