The primary responsibility of this role is to order the necessary parts for the repair and maintenance of recreational vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of RV accessories and parts, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Order parts and accessories required for RV repairs and maintenance in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain an organized inventory of parts, ensuring accurate records of stock levels. Identify and source hard-to-find parts, leveraging industry contacts and resources. Work closely with the service department to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs. Provide expert advice to customers and staff on RV parts and accessories. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing. Handle customer inquiries and assist with part selection, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Process returns and parts warranty claims efficiently and accurately. Stay up-to-date with the latest RV products, accessories, and industry trends. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or trade school education is a plus. Proven experience in a parts department, preferably within the RV, automotive, powersports, or marine industry. Strong knowledge of RV parts and accessories. Must be physically capable of performing the duties in positions including bending, squatting, kneeling, stretching, and lifting up to 30 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to lift 35-80 pounds on an infrequent basis Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to track orders and provide status updates Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
