This is a permanent position focused in AP and AR, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and preparing financial reports. Prepare and post journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and other general ledger accounts to ensure financial accuracy Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP Process and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions as needed Support annual audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting by preparing schedules and responding to auditor requests Identify process improvements, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards 1+ years of experience in a similar role Strong Excel skills (pivots, VLOOKUPs, etc.) Compensation: $55-65k/year DOE #J-18808-Ljbffr KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting
