This role focuses primarily on residential installs with some light commercial projects. You’ll oversee and perform installations of: Split systems Ductwork Air handlers Furnaces Condensers Thermostats Indoor air quality products Smart home devices We’re looking for someone who combines technical skill, leadership, and professionalism . Lead and Train Team Members – Mentor installers and helpers to improve technical skill and customer care. Test and Verify Performance – Perform system tests to ensure equipment runs smoothly and meets customer expectations. Educate Customers – Explain recommended maintenance, upgrades, and service plan options. Maintain Professional Standards – Uphold Aire Serv’s reputation for excellence, integrity, and reliability. What It Takes to Succeed Experience in residential HVAC installation (lead installer experience preferred) A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs. and work in attics, crawlspaces, and other job-site conditions Strong communication skills with customers and team members A professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to craftsmanship How We Measure Success Punctuality & Reliability – Showing up on time and ready to deliver.
