Capital Markets Associate (New York)

A global New York law firm are looking to recruit an Equity Capital Markets Lawyer with 3-5yrs experience. The position offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of very high quality and challenging matters, focusing on various types of ECM transactions such as IPOs, rights offerings and equity-linked offerings. You will be dealing with transactions in structuring and issue resolution and the successful candidate will enjoy working with colleagues in the large group and will have the desire and ability to work (where necessary) on a variety of other matters.
