This role requires frequent travel between job sites and involves working in occupied homes, demanding excellent communication with clients and company staff. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of documenting work progress through daily photographs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare job sites ensuring safety and efficiency
• Handle materials with care and organize supplies
• Perform structural repairs and finishing work
• Inspect quality of work consistently
• Comply with all safety regulations on-site
• Communicate professionally with clients and homeowners
• Coordinate effectively within the small team
• Document daily progress with photographs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in remodeling/construction
• Valid driver's license for frequent travel between sites

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills in carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and flooring
• Strong time management and communication abilities
• Proven problem-solving skills
