Job Description

We are seeking a few professional workers interested in Remodeling/Construction/ Handyman services to join a small dedicated team focused on mixed-use properties, residential homes, and commercial buildings. This role requires frequent travel between job sites and involves working in occupied homes, demanding excellent communication with clients and company staff. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, detail-focused, and capable of documenting work progress through daily photographs.

Responsibilities

Prepare job sites ensuring safety and efficiency
Handle materials with care and organize supplies
Perform structural repairs and finishing work
Inspect quality of work consistently
Comply with all safety regulations on-site
Communicate professionally with clients and homeowners
Coordinate effectively within the small team
Document daily progress with photographs

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in remodeling/construction
Valid driver's license for frequent travel between sites

Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Skills in carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and flooring
Strong time management and communication abilities
Proven problem-solving skills
