We are looking for a dedicated Locum Physician to join Bon Secours - St. Francis Downtown in Greenville, SC, for a short-term assignment that challenges your skills and broadens your impact. Required Skills:

• MD or DO degree with active medical license in South Carolina or eligible for licensure
• Board certification or eligibility in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Proven experience performing aneurysm repairs, coronary artery bypass grafts (CABG), and heart valve replacements
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a hospital rounding environment and handle surgical procedures as required

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior experience in a locum or temporary physician role
• Ability to perform additional cardiothoracic procedures
• Familiarity with hospital protocols and multidisciplinary teams
• Bilingual abilities a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• At least 3 years of post-residency experience in cardiac surgery
• Valid and current medical license in South Carolina or eligible for licensure

Other Requirements:

• Availability for coverage starting July 3, 2026, through early morning on July 6, 2026
• Reliable transportation for travel reimbursement purposes
• Willingness to participate in call rotations (details to be announced)
• Certification in ACLS and BLS preferred
• Travel expenses including flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rates
