**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dispose of trash regularly.
- Assist with moving furniture, setting up for events, and handling deliveries.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning products.

**Qualifications:**
