Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site Tax Manager role located in the Cincinnati Metropolitan Area. The Tax Manager will oversee tax planning, compliance, and preparation tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. They will manage and review tax filings, assist in developing tax strategies, provide guidance on tax law matters, and mentor team members. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs and support their financial goals while ensuring deadlines and professional standards are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance
  • Proficiency in Tax Preparation and an understanding of Tax Law
  • Experience managing various Tax-related processes and deadlines
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting as well as CPA designation
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tax tools
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and professional environment
