Role Description The High-ticket Sales Closer role is a part‑time remote position responsible for guiding qualified prospects through the final stages of the sales process for premium financial services offerings. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting structured sales calls or virtual meetings, uncovering client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and securing clear, ethical commitments to move forward. The role involves managing a pipeline of leads, following up promptly, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate information and smooth handoffs, and maintaining detailed records in CRM systems. The High-ticket Sales Closer is expected to uphold Atlas Agency's education‑first approach, address questions with clarity, and ensure each closure is aligned with the client's long‑term interests and financial strategy. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, clarify complex information, and provide a positive client experience. Proven ability in Closings and Deal Closure, especially with high-ticket or consultative sales in services or financial products. Familiarity with Escrow processes or similar transactional workflows, with attention to accuracy and compliance. Experience conducting remote sales calls or virtual consultations, with effective use of CRM and online meeting tools. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while maintaining high ethical standards and client‑first focus. Comfort working independently, managing a flexible part‑time schedule, and collaborating with a distributed team. Background in financial services, insurance, or related fields is preferred but not required; ongoing training will be provided.
