Wilson Auto Family is looking for a dependable and hardworking Shop Support Specialist to join our team in Stillwater, OK. We operate two dealerships side by side and are proud to offer a clean, organized, customer‑first environment. This position plays a key role in supporting our service department and ensuring a great customer experience. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, service shop, and outdoor lot. Run vehicles through the car wash to prepare them for customer pick‑up. Organize and park new vehicle deliveries arriving throughout the day and overnight. Run errands and assist the service department as needed. Support overall service department operations and team efficiency. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to work outdoors in all weather and be on your feet for extended periods. Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated.
