A growing legal organization is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Litigation Attorney to join its team. Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and related filings.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies for hearings, negotiations, and trial proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, participate in mediations, and represent clients throughout litigation.
• Analyze legal issues, provide strategic recommendations, and support clients through various stages of dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to manage cases efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation to ensure seamless case management.
• Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the legal team and client matters.

Qualifications

• Active admission to the Florida Bar required.
• At least 3 years of litigation experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage deadlines and meet performance expectations.
