Billing Analyst II
SGS Consulting
Job Responsibilities: Monitor daily billing operations to ensure smooth system performance and address disruptions promptly.
Generate and review billing batches for accuracy prior to processing.
Collaborate with finance teams to reconcile billing data with revenue reports and close activities.
Conduct audits of customer accounts and billing processes to ensure integrity and transparency.
Implement rate changes, taxes, and regulatory surcharges within the billing system as required.
Ensure proper handling of sensitive customer data in compliance with data governance and cybersecurity standards.
Maintain updated internal knowledge of billing technologies and best practices.
Support contract and billing compliance processes.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills: Billing management and billing systems expertise
Financial reporting and reconciliation skills
Data analysis and data management
Customer service and relationship management
Strong communication and issue resolution skills
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
