Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Acute Care Unit in Brevard, NC. This unit offers a dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care. Nurses will collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals and engage in daily discussions to optimize patient care and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Perform IV starts, Foley catheter insertions, and EKG monitoring
• Provide wound care and develop care plans
• Participate in team-based care meetings to discuss patient treatment and discharge needs

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina
• BLS certification is required; ACLS completion prior to the end of orientation
• Preferred experience: ICU/Stepdown or 1 year of Med-Surg nursing
