Description

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for providing excellence in service.
- Greet customers as soon as they walk up
- Provide patrons with accurate wait time estimates during busy periods
- Maintain a neat, organized front-of-house environment
- Seat guests and take initial drink orders as needed to ensure ideal speed of service
- Assist with opening/closing tasks and side work as needed
- Learn food and beverage menu
- Rotate seating between different stations to ensure even workloads for waitstaff.
- Answer phones and schedule reservations with large parties.
- Relays any guest compliments and complaints to the appropriate supervisor.
- Collects proper payment for paid show.
- Checks reservations and seats guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Reports to work on time, as scheduled, in proper uniform with nametag, and with a positive and cooperative attitude ready to serve the guests.
- Cash: makes proper change and closes out the check. Held accountable for cash drawer and all variances.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Starting Compensation:

16.00/hr

Qualifications
Education High School (required)
Experience Must possess good English communication skills. (required)
Must be able to report to work on time as scheduled. (required)
Must be ABC certified before starting work. (required)
Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights as needed. (required)
Must be able to successfully pass a background check and receive a lottery license from the DE Lottery. (required)
Must present an overall professional appearance and report to work in appropriate attire. (required)
Must be able to handle pressure during peak business periods. (required)
Licenses & Certifications ABC Certification (required)
DE Service License (required)
