Commercial Loan Processor

The role involves managing the loan closing process from approval to deal closing, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external contacts for coordinating and reviewing closing documentation, ensuring compliance with due diligence, regulatory requirements, and optimal execution mechanics. Required Skills Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office and nCino software. Proficient in customer service, organizational skills, and time management. Required Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; 5-7 years in Lending Assistant or Loan Processor roles. Preferred Experience Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and C&I loan documentation. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and review closing documentation with relevant stakeholders. Manage deal flow pipeline to ensure timely closings. Assist with transaction execution, addressing issues and designing solutions. Partner with operations teams for proper booking and processing of loan activities. Review loan documents for accuracy and close loans when necessary.
