Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time (PM / NOC Shifts) Vasona Creek Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team. Available Shifts PM Shift: Full-Time NOC (Night) Shift: Full-Time Core Responsibilities Patient Care: Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies. Assessments: Monitor resident conditions and update care plans. Documentation: Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR). Leadership: Supervise LVNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Collaboration: Coordinate care with physicians and families. Qualifications License: Active, unrestricted California RN license. Certification: Current BLS / CPR certification. Experience: Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred. Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and critical thinking.
