Location Redmond, WA (Day 1 Onsite)
Execution‐focused sustaining / reliability / operations program experience
Hands‐on ownership of technical and quality initiatives
Strong experience working with: Engineering / Development teams Reliability Failure Analysis teams Factory / Manufacturing / Repair teams
Experience with: Field failure monitoring and trend analysis Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Driving corrective and preventive actions to closure Ability to assess changes from: Technical feasibility ROI / business impact
Ideal Background Sustaining Engineering Reliability Engineering Manufacturing / Factory Operations Product Engineering Program Management (execution‐heavy)
The pay range for this role is ***k - ***k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay. *** also offers benefits like medical, vision, dental, life, disability insurance and paid time off (including holidays, parental leave, and sick leave, as required by law). The exact offer terms will depend on the skill level, educational qualifications, experience, and location of the candidate. This Position is Open for Contracting as well and the rate is ***/hr CTC.
