Bring your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to elementary and middle school settings in a rewarding contract role based in the Framingham, MA area. This full-time opportunity spans 35 hours per week and starts as soon as possible, with an initial contract through June 15, 2027. As the district is seeking a permanent hire, you may have the chance to continue beyond the initial term if the position remains available.

In this role, you'll support students in both substantially separate and inclusion classrooms according to their Individualized Education Program (IEP) service delivery. You’ll work onsite at two dedicated school sites, collaborating with educators and families to elevate student outcomes.

Key qualifications:

• Active BCBA license or certification in Massachusetts (credentialed candidates strongly preferred)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting is required
• Available for full-time, onsite work (35 hours/week)
• Must be able to fulfill all onboarding requirements, including in-person CORI clearance and fingerprinting at the district main office

Core responsibilities:

• Consult, collaborate, and offer expert behavioral support to students and staff in elementary and middle school environments
• Contribute actively to IEP implementation in both inclusion and substantially separate classroom settings
• Foster positive, productive partnerships with teachers, staff, and families
• Maintain up-to-date records and comply with all district and state regulations
