Back of House/Cook Closing Team Member (5PM-12AM / 7PM-3AM Weekends)
RESPONSIBLE FOR COOKING CLEANING AND CLOSING
This is a structured, zero-drama environment centered on consistency, accountability, and execution. Positive attitude and strong work ethic are required.
Team members in this position are expected to perform with reliability, attention to detail, and accountability every shift.

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIROMENT
This is a BOH/KITCHEN closing shift role with a set weekly schedule based on operational needs. Shifts are assigned in advance to ensure consistent staffing and execution. This is not a flexible or pick your own hours position. Consistent availability for scheduled/picked up shifts is required. If you are not available for these hours consistently, this role will not be a fit.

• Standard closing shifts (Sunday-Thursday) 5:00PM - 12:00AM 
• Weekend closing shifts (Friday-Saturday) 7:00PM-3:00AM
• Limited daytime/opening shifts may become available based on consistent performance, reliability, and operational needs.

COMPENSATION/PAY+TIPS

• WEEKLY PAY starting at $14.25/hr + shared tips. Card tips are added to payroll and paid out on your regular paycheck (not cashed out daily). Cash tips are pooled and distributed among staff on shift based on the number of employees working.

WORK STYLE/ FIT FOR THIS ROLE This role is best suited for individuals who perform well in a structured, routine based environment with clearly defined expectations and repeatable daily processes. If you prefer consistency in your work and enjoy mastering a set system, this position may be a strong fit. This is a repeatable closing role with predictable procedures and expectations each shift. Success in this position comes from consistency, focus, and execution of the same standards every night. CASH HANDLING RESPONSIBILITY This position can include cash handling duties, which require accuracy and integrity. Responsibilities may include:

• Completing end of shift register closeout procedures
• Verifying cash totals and reconciliation steps
• Preparing deposits according to established procedures
• Maintaining accuracy in all financial handling processes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete all cash handling and closing financial procedures as required
• Provide efficient and accurate guest service during evening hours
• Ensure correct order fulfillment and hand off
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all BOH stations throughout the shift
• Complete all BOH closing duties using the designated closing checklist 
• Restock, reset, and prepare BACK OF HOUSE areas for the next day.
• Wipe, sweep, and mop throughout shift and close.
• Support team members during peak periods and closing transition.
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards consistently.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

• Reliability is non-negotiable, punctuality and attendance are required for every shift
• All closing procedures must be completed fully and correctly before clock out
• Must be able to work independently/with a small team during closing hours with minimal supervision
• Must maintain accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Consistent execution of duties is required every shift , not occasionally
• Accountability for assigned tasks are non-negotiable
