Best Buddies International is seeking an Employment Consultant to coach and support individuals with IDD through the job search and onboarding process. You will build relationships with participants, families, employers, and counselors to foster successful, sustainable employment. Responsibilities include managing onboarding, ensuring compliance, and coordinating with program supervisors.
