Senior Tax Manager Job DescriptionSenior Tax Manager Position in Woodland Hills, CAWe are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law and accounting principles, with a proven track record of managing complex tax matters. This role will involve overseeing the tax planning and compliance efforts for our organization, as well as providing guidance on tax implications for business decisions.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liability - Review and analyze tax returns and financial data - Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure tax compliance - Manage tax audits and resolve any issues that arise - Provide guidance on tax implications for business transactions - Supervise a team of tax professionals and provide mentorshipQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA or other relevant certification - 8+ years of experience in tax planning and compliance - Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Exceptional communication and leadership abilitiesBenefits:- Competitive salary and bonus structure - Comprehensive benefits package - Professional development opportunities - Collaborative and supportive work environment
