Personal Support Worker

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team in Chesterfield, MI. In this role, you will provide essential in-home care and support to our clients, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide mobility support and help clients safely move around their homes.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
Manage medication reminders and monitor clients’ health conditions.
Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Document care provided and communicate any changes in client condition to supervisors.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a related caregiving role is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes in Chesterfield, MI.
