CyOne develops and delivers the Wide-area ISR Discovery (WISRD) platform to support intelligence professionals across the Army, Joint, and DoD community. WISRD provides capabilities supporting collection management, all-source intelligence analysis, targeting, multi-domain sensing, data integration, and mission planning to help intelligence professionals transform data into actionable intelligence. WISRD supports intelligence warfighters operating at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels.
Position OverviewCyOne is seeking a highly motivated Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) / Trainer to support training, fielding, and operational employment of the WISRD platform. The ideal candidate is an experienced intelligence professional with a strong background in Army or Joint intelligence operations and a passion for teaching others how to leverage technology to improve mission outcomes.
This position serves as a trusted advisor to military and government users, delivering instructor-led training, developing courseware, supporting operational demonstrations, collecting user feedback, and helping shape future product development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands-on training for WISRD users.
- Develop and maintain instructional materials, lesson plans, practical exercises, quick-start guides, and user documentation.
- Conduct train-the-trainer events and support new user onboarding.
- Demonstrate WISRD capabilities to military units, program offices, and senior leaders.
- Translate operational intelligence workflows into practical WISRD training scenarios.
- Support military exercises, demonstrations, experimentation events, and operational evaluations.
- Gather user feedback and assist product teams in identifying capability improvements.
- Provide operational subject matter expertise across intelligence disciplines including:
- All-Source Intelligence
- Collection Management
- Targeting
- ISR Operations
- Mission Planning
- Intelligence Analysis
- Travel to customer locations within CONUS and occasionally OCONUS to support training and fielding activities.
- Users become proficient and self-sufficient in WISRD operations.
- Training events receive consistently positive customer feedback.
- Customer operational requirements are accurately captured and communicated to the product team.
- WISRD adoption expands through effective demonstrations, training, and user engagement.
- Direct impact on next-generation intelligence capabilities.

Requirements: Required Qualifications- Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
- 8+ years of military, government, or contractor intelligence experience.
- Experience supporting Army, Joint, or Intelligence Community organizations.
- Strong understanding of intelligence processes and workflows.
- Experience delivering instruction, mentoring users, or conducting operational training.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and directly with senior military personnel.
- Former Army Military Intelligence professional (35-series, 350-series, or equivalent Joint/IC experience).
- Experience with DCGS-A, AIDP/MSS, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, ArcGIS, or similar intelligence systems.
- Experience supporting intelligence modernization efforts.
- Familiarity with multi-INT analysis, ISR operations, targeting, and collection management.
- Experience developing military courseware and training exercises.
- Instructor certification or formal military instructor experience.
