Work Schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct dental cleanings, periodontal treatments, and preventive care
• Update patient medical histories and document vital signs
• Capture and analyze digital radiographs, intraoral images, and iTero scans
• Perform periodontal evaluations, charting, and oral cancer screenings
• Evaluate caries risk and provide patient education on preventive measures
• Administer fluoride treatments and apply dental sealants
• Identify potential dental issues and relay findings to the dentist
• Guide patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and treatment options
• Work alongside doctors and team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain precise clinical records
• Assist with the setup and turnover of operatories as necessary

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Dental Hygiene License
• Current CPR Certification
• Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients
• Experience with digital radiography and periodontal assessments
• Familiarity with Dentrix is preferred
• Experience with iTero is preferred
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor
